Lease terms

Tenant Responsibilities:Electric, Water, Internet/Cable Owner/HOA Includes:HOA Fees, Trash Service, Snow & Ice Removal, Landscaping, Parking Lease Terms: 12-Month Lease Required Security Deposit equal to one month's rent due prior to lease being released First month's rent due within 48 hour of lease signing plus any prorated rent if applicable. Pet Policy:Will consider on a case by case basis Ideal Canidate will have a credit score of 650 or better, three times the monthly rental income with two month's pay stubs (can be combined b/t co applicant), nothing currently in collections, no bankruptcies in the last 7 years, no evictions within the last 7 years, good rental history and references. We will not consider renting to a potential tenant who has been convicted of a felony. This is a non-smoking home. Applications are sent through Smartmove by TransUnion. Everyone 18 and older will need to complete the necessary credit/background check. Each applicant over the age of 18 will pay the $48.00 application fee directly to Tranunion. No other applications fees apply.
