Apartment for rent at either 207 Park Ave or 211 Park Ave. These two buildings are cookie cutter apartments and are all 90% the same layout. The apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, living room, 1 bathroom, kitchen (refrigerator, electric stove/oven, over range microwave, dishwasher), and in building washer/dryer with parking in back or on street. You will have to hook up your own electric. The water and gas bill is prorated between every person living in the building. The utilities will cost you from $50-$100 per person depending on the time of year. There is one time deposit off of first month rent ($995). Pets are allowed but there is a pet rent of $25-$75 per month per pet depending on the size of the pet. All my renters need to have renters insurance that can be purchased from most major insurance agencies (GIEKO, Farmers, Progressive, etc.). Ask me if you meet the qualifications.
