Lease terms

1. Lease Duration: The minimum lease term is 30 days and is flexible on lease term. 2. Rent The monthly rent is $1,500. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, payable via paypal, zelle, venmo, bank. 3. Security Deposit A security deposit of $850 is required upon signing the lease. The security deposit will be refunded within specify timeframe after the lease ends, provided no damages beyond normal wear and tear are present. 4. Utilities Included: The following utilities are included in the monthly rent: Electricity Water Gas Internet (WiFi) 5. Tenant Responsibilities: The tenant is responsible for maintaining the premises in good condition and reporting any maintenance needs promptly. Any damages to the property or its contents, excluding normal wear and tear, will be deducted from the security deposit. 6. Occupancy: The unit is to be occupied for a number of days by the tenants. Subleasing is not permitted unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the landlord. 7. Additional Terms: Tenants must adhere to all property rules and regulations, including noise restrictions and proper waste disposal. Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
