Very close to grocery shopping (including Trader Joes), coffee shops, exercise facilities, walking & bike trails & the popular Walnut Creek downtown shopping. Current occupants... Are in various industries throughout the Bay Area. They are reasonably outgoing and pretty laid-back and are looking for someone else with a compatible personality to share this house with. Best fit... Working full-time, non-smoking, mature, clean, respectful, and dependable. Must enjoy a clean-living environment (i.e. clean up after yourself, do not smoke in the house, and other common-sense standards).
