Lease terms

1. Premises: This rental agreement applies only to the middle manufactured home located on the property. 2. Utilities Included: Electricity and water are included in the monthly rent. 3. Tenant's Responsibilities: The Tenant is responsible for gas, cable, phone, internet, and any other optional services. 4. Parking: Tenant must use the designated parking area and entrance. The Landlord is not responsible for any damage to or theft of the Tenant's vehicle(s). 5. Laundry: Laundry hookups are available; however, a washer and dryer are not provided. 6. Air Conditioning Usage: The air conditioning unit should be used reasonably. If excessive electricity usage is detected, the Tenant may be charged an additional fee payable to the Landlord. 7. Lease Term: The initial lease term is for one (1) year, after which the agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise terminated by either party.
