Lease terms

The renter is responsible for all utilities and renters' insurance. The owner is responsible for Wi-Fi, security system, and HOA fees. No smoking is prohibited inside the home, which includes vaping. Not following this policy will result in lease violation and fees, and up to legal proceedings. Renter is responsible for any damages done by the renter or their guests and any damages caused by their pet/s. Anybody living in the home 18 years or older is required to be on the lease and be screened. Renter is responsible for walking their pet outside on a leash at all times and is required to pick up all waste done by the pet. The renter is responsible for anything over normal wear and tear. Lease term is a minimum of 12 months. Parking is allowed inside the 2-car garage and on the driveway. No parking is allowed along the street or in the field. The renter is responsible for reporting any maintenance issues to the owners to avoid any fees associated with damages that could occur. Renter is responsible for any lost or damaged door, mailbox, and or garage keys.
