Guests have full, private access to the interior of the home and exclusive access to the community amenities, including a heated community pool, lazy river, sports pool with a volleyball net, a corkscrew waterslide, and a hot tub. Fire feature tables, poolside loungers, and patio seating are also available. Approved pets are welcome with a pet fee. Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee, subject to availability. Located in the heart of Hurricane, this condo is perfectly situated for exploring Southern Utah's outdoor adventures, golf courses, and stunning red rock landscapes. It's a popular basecamp for hiking, boating, off-roading, and golf trips, while staying close to Zion National Park (26 miles). Nearby state parks include Quail Creek (7 miles), Sand Hollow (9 miles), and Snow Canyon (19 miles). Several golf courses are also within a short drive. This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee, and approved pets incur a pet fee. Guests must clean up after their pet, with additional fees for uncollected waste or indoor accidents. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged a fee. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning. Moving furniture is not allowed and will result in a $500 fee if cleaners have to reset the property.
