Located in the heart of Hurricane, this condo is perfectly situated for exploring Southern Utah's outdoor adventures, golf courses, and stunning red rock landscapes. The area is a popular basecamp for hiking, boating, off-roading, and golf trips while staying close to Zion National Park. Nearby destinations include Zion National Park (26 miles), Quail Creek State Park (7 miles), Sand Hollow State Park (9 miles), Tuacahn Amphitheatre (18 miles), Snow Canyon State Park (19 miles), and St. George Airport (24 miles). This is a 100% smoke-free property. Any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Approved pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) incur a pet fee. ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests must clean up after their pet, and a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors will be applied. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning, with all audio and noise levels to be kept at a minimum.
