The Sage Cottage is set on a spacious lot with ample room for parking. The home features a spacious living area with a fireplace. The first floor includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a queen bedroom, with a full bath between them. Upstairs, you'll find a room with two twin beds and an equestrian theme, and another room with a double bed. The upstairs is complete with a vanity area. The carriage house opens up to the living room and kitchen, featuring two beautiful queen-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. Pets are permitted at this home with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Guests will be charged for cleaning if there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home. The garage is used for storage and is not accessible to guests, though the housekeeping team may occasionally need to enter for linens. Located on a large lot in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home offers a peaceful retreat while being conveniently close to downtown. Driving is recommended for exploring the area, with ample parking available in the driveway and garage. Uber and Lyft are also available. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking (cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged. Parties and events are prohibited unless pre-approved. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings. A $100 charge applies for excessive trash removal. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests are asked to treat all towels and linens with care; replacement fees will be charged for stained or damaged items beyond repair.
