Experience a suburban feel less than five minutes from downtown in this fully updated modern cottage-style home with detached carriage house, just minutes to Cumberland and Red Rivers! This spacious and well-appointed home features 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a separate garage apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, beautiful hardwood floors, an original fireplace, and beautiful windows. A large tree in the front yard will provide shade to relax or play! Feel at home in this lovely property. The Sage Cottage is set on a spacious lot with ample room for parking, whether it be an RV or large vehicle. The first thing you will notice beyond the home is a large backyard with a patio, great for entertaining or sunbathing in the Tennessee heat! Set foot inside the front door and experience the comfort of a beautifully redone farmhouse-style home. To your right will be a spacious living area with a fireplace. Step further into the house and you can either take a seat at the dining room table (which can fit up to 8 people) or you can head upstairs! Head up the stairs and you will find a room with two-twins that invoke an equestrian theme and a room with a double bed fit for a shepherd. The upstairs is complete with a vanity area. In the carriage house, once you enter up the stairs, the Carriage House opens up to the living room and kitchen. This is a pet-friendly home, and all pets require a non-refundable pet fee. Located on a large lot in a quiet residential neighborhood you will feel right "at home" in this house. Driving is recommended, and there is ample room for parking in the driveway and the garage. Uber and Lyft are available in the area as well. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If there are any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If quiet hours are violated and the neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, and the guest will be required to leave the property immediately and will not be eligible for any refunds. If an excessive amount of trash is left at the property, there is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.
