Smart TVs are provided in every bedroom, and fresh bed and bath linens, along with blackout curtains, ensure restful nights. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. This property is family- and pet-friendly, with pet fees applying. A welcome tray with snacks and Keurig K-Cups is provided. Conveniently located off I-85, this home is within walking distance to local dining options and near the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area and the Southeastern Railway Museum. No refunds are issued for internet outages or slow speeds. Mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 40-60 nights, and a deep clean replaces the standard checkout clean for stays over 60 nights. Emotional Support Animals are treated the same as pets for booking and fee purposes. Trained service animals are exempt from pet fees. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. All utilities, internet, lawn care, and pest control are included. This home is fully move-in ready with no hidden fees.
