This unit is in Alexandria, VA, immediately off beltway exit 177, located in the Hunting Creek Condominiums. Rent is $2325 + electric.… The condo fee is paid by the owner.
This apartment has a Mesmerizing View and a comfortable floor plan ... it is quite large - 1170 sq' that is flooded with natural light from the (2) large windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony. I have included snaps of a former Tenant's furniture to help you visualize yours in the space.
The views of the Potomac River and National Harbor are amazing.
Both Bedrooms are good sized with large closets; the primary has an ensuite.
There is a large large walk-in closet & a linen closet.
The kitchen has a glass topped stove, OTR microwave, refrigerator, granite countertops, and ample cabinetry.
The floors have 1-yr old carpeting (cleaned,) the bathrooms are tile floors and granite topped vanities, and the entire unit was freshly painted. New blinds and curtains are being installed and the bedroom and dining room windows will be replaced later this month (July26.)
The building has a gated entry with plenty of parking, a 24 hour staffed front desk, pool, tennis courts, a party room, and a barbeque area. There is a laundry room on each floor.
The location is superb: the Huntington Metro is just 5 blocks away and access to 495/95 is within a mile. Old Town Alexandria, hiking /biking trails along the Potomac, and shopping are nearby; there is a Planet Fitness 2 blocks away.
