Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Guests are asked to respect the check-out time of 10 AM. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed one per reservation, with only one car allowed to park in the back of the home. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to follow trash disposal rules can result in fines up to $300. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. During inclement weather, pool use is not advised. The pool is serviced weekly, and debris may be present after rain. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Security cameras are located outside for security purposes, none pointing to the pool area.
