Lease terms

Unfurnished short-term lease ending October 20, 2026. Rent is $1,399 per month with water, sewer, and internet included. The prorated first month's rent and $1,000 security deposit are due when the lease is signed. Payment can be made by Venmo, Cash App, or cash. Maximum occupancy is two (2) people. No subleasing. One private garage space is included. Do not block the alley, driveway, or neighboring garage. No smoking or vaping inside the apartment, stairway, laundry area, or garage. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please keep music, television, gatherings, pets, and other noise at a reasonable level so the neighboring unit is not disturbed. Quiet hours do not prohibit reasonable entry to or exit from the apartment. Up to one cat and one dog may be allowed with prior approval. The tenant is responsible for pet waste, noise, and any pet-related damage. The tenant is responsible for keeping the apartment, garage, and stairway clean, taking out trash, and reporting maintenance problems promptly. No painting, repairs, lock changes, or other alterations without approval. Renters insurance is required before move-in. The lease ends October 20, 2026, and will not automatically renew.
