Any potential occupant 18 and older must complete a separate application and pay the application fee. 3. No applications accepted until property has been viewed by applicant(s) or their designee. 4. Credit will not be pulled until after all other rental criteria has been met. 5. Please provide one of the following for income verification: a. Copy of current pay stub from or LES showing YTD earnings b. Housing Voucher from a government or supporting agency. c. Letter of verification of employment signed by employer and verifiable by the Human Resources department from the company. d. If self employed, provide a copy of your 2025 tax return to verify income.
