The 2200 sq ft home features 3 large, bright bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom featuring one king bed, one queen bed, a flex bed that can be configured either as a king bed or a single bed and a full sofa bed. This house can comfortably accomodate up to 7 people. This house features an open and bright kitchen layout and living space and an IN HOUSE elevator for disability access. Master bedroom has 15' ceiling with huge master bathroom and closet with south canyon view. This house also features two covered porch facing the south, overlooking the peaceful canyon and city lights of Tijuana at night. The upper porch features an outdoor lounge set and solar lighting for any relaxing evenings. The house also features a 75 inch smart TV in the living area and fully stocked kitchen for any meal prep and cooking needs. The house is situated in the newest development of Millennia, the urban hubs of east chula vista. You can easily bike or walk to 6 community parks, shops, restaurants. Otay Ranch Town Center is also within walking distance. Rapid transit connect you to San Diego downtown or border within 30 minutes. There is also community pool with lounge and barbecue within short walking distance. Millennia is also within the award winning school district. Wolf canyon elementary, Eastlake middle and olympian high are assigned school. The community also has charter and private schools like high tech high and Meter del Catholic high school. This house is perfect for any short term vacation/job assignment, corporate housing or transitional housing needs. The rent quoted is for up to 4 people, $500 for each additional people. The minimal term is 30 days. Term shorter than 6 month will incur a short term lease premium in addition to rent. Hypoallergenic, house trained/potty trained dogs are welcomed with additional pet deposit and pet fee. Use of in house elevator is an option for an additional addendum and use fee. Otherwise it is not included for safety reason.
