Lease terms

This property is available only for rentals of 31 days or longer and is offered fully furnished. Additional fees apply for pool heating. For stays under 120 days, a nonrefundable insurance fee is required, while for stays over 120 days, a security deposit is mandatory. All application fees are the responsibility of the applicant, and any history of eviction will result in automatic disqualification. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, including water, gas, electricity, and internet. Pets are permitted only with prior written approval and require an additional deposit, determined by the number and size of the animals. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property, and parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed under any circumstances. Occupancy is limited to the tenants named on the lease, and no unauthorized occupants or subletting will be permitted without prior written approval. Tenants are required to maintain the property in clean and good condition at all times and must promptly report any damages. The landlord reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice as required by law. Tenants are liable for any damages resulting from negligence or misuse. Renters' insurance may be required to cover personal belongings and liability. 3 month minimum
