Camelia 2 suite cottage in central Woodside comes fully furnished. Minimum 12 months at 18k/mo; minimum 6 months at 19.5k/mo, minimum 1 month at 21k/mo. Owner covers all utility cost, including water, electricity, gas, heating, ac, trash, onsite parking of 2 sedans. No smoking allowed anywhere onsite and no outdoor shoes indoor. No pets allowed unless well trained and approved by owner on a case by case basis. Additionally, there's a separate super spacious deluxe suite (~600SF) located downstairs from this cottage via a flight of beautiful wrought iron staircase, with it's own dedicated bath, king bed, sitting and gas fire pit. If renting in the 3 suite configuration, minimum 12 months at 24k/mo; minimum 6 months at 25.5k/mo, minimum 1 month at 27k/mo non-summer season and 28k/mo summer season (June-September). With the finishing level throughout the property, we request that the tenant uses our cleaning service at a minimum frequency of every two weeks in order to maintain the upkeep of this luxury property.
