Must submit an off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits. 3. NO SMOKING ($300 smoking violation fine applied to cleaning fee) 4. NO PARTIES or Large gatherings 5. NO PETS ($300 violation fine applied to cleaning fee) 6. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS (all occupants must be listed on the reservation in order to avoid cancellation) NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS!! 7. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT FEE IS $25/hr IF WE ARE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST 8. NO TAMPERING WITH SECURITY/MONITORING DEVICES ($50 fee if team member needs to come out to readjust equipment) 9. ID verification after reservation 10. NO 3rd Party Bookings (unless authorized by host in writing).
