The unit is spacious 3 bedrooms, 1 office (sleeps 7), 2 baths., floor plan includes a family room, fireplace, dining area, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans.), 3- 3 x 4 roof windows with views of the ocean. Unit is half of the second floor and the entire third floor of main house.
Private rear deck and fully landscaped yard, patio, grill and outdoor refrigerator, outdoor shower, and plenty of seating. Rental is complete with amenities (bed linens, towels, and more).
There is an ice machine in the basement for your use, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer. The property is fully landscaped with a sprinkler system and low voltage night lighting. Pet friendly (Pet towels and blankets)
We provide a free early check in amenity we try to get all our guests on the beach by 11 a.m. The host will work with you as you get closer to your arrival date.
