This lease is for a minimum of one year with the option to renew. Tenant and landlord must let the other party know 60 days before the end of the lease if they wish to renew or end the lease. There is no smoking inside (to include marijuana, tobacco, and vaping) or within 25 ft of the house. No pets are allowed in the house. You will be assigned 2 dedicated parking spots. Tenants are responsible for keeping the outside of the house free of junk. They are responsible for snow and leave removal as well as general upkeep of the outside. Tenants must also keep the house in working order, to include fire alarms. Any maintenance issues should be notified immediately. Tenants must maintain renter's insurance.
