Each townhouse has a king and queen bed with en-suite bathrooms. The living room and each bedroom has a new 65" 4k, Smart TV with high-speed Wi-Fi. Be sure to bring all your streaming service log-in info as cable subscriptions are not included. Each office loft has a sofa-bed. Internet and utilities included based on lease term.

Construction was completed in 2024. The townhouses are two stories without elevators. The roof and exterior walls are clad in rusted and galvanized, corrugated steel. The interiors are flat, white, drywall. The downstairs floors are exposed concrete. The upstairs floors are vinyl plank.
