Owner pays for sewage and garbage and weekly gardener, other utilities not included. There is a second unit on the property on the backside but the way the property is laid out, they have their own entrance and garden off a different street. Landlord will send a screen shot of the utilities for unit every other month when the bill comes in to be paid within a every other month when the bill comes in to be paid within a week of receiving. The two units are on separate meters so there is no overlap on charges. Storage is available under the house. If renting with a dog, any damage done from pet is the responsibility of the tenant.
