This is a non-smoking property, and any violation of this policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed unless prior written approval has been obtained. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras exist on the exterior of the property to ensure security and honest use. All adults in the rental group must be at least 30 years old, unless they are directly biologically related to another adult in the group. Groups visiting for an athletic event must inquire for approval before booking. This is a pet-free property; pets and service animals are not permitted on the premises. Violation of the no-pet policy may result in fundamental alteration of the property's nature and pose a threat to health and safety. Guests must sign a rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. Mid-stay cleaning fees may apply for stays longer than one week. Properties are subject to remodeling, redecorating, wear and tear, and upgrades from pictures. Pools and hot tubs, if advertised, are seasonal and may close.
Cancellations resulting from violation or ignorance of House Rules will result in a cancellation processing fee of at least $100.
