This condo offers a fantastic ski-in, walk-out location in the heart of Steamboat's desirable base area. You're steps away from the slopes, dining, and shopping. Summer guests will enjoy immediate access to hiking and mountain biking trails. The base area with its shops, restaurants, bars, and activities is right outside your door. Getting around town is easy with private shuttle service in ski season and year-round free city bus service.
This is a non-smoking property. Violation of the smoking policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are permitted without prior written approval. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property. All adults in the rental group must be at least 30 years old, unless they are directly biologically related to one of the other adults in the group. Groups visiting for an athletic event must inquire for approval before booking. This is a pet-free property; pets and service animals are not permitted on the premises. Accessing this property requires zero stairs; you can walk or roll right into the building and take the elevator down to the condo level. From the elevator and condo level, one flight of stairs is required to access the pool, hot tubs, ski locker room, and to exit the building on the ski slope access side. The condo is laid out on a single level, but you will need to step over a threshold to access the patio. Arrival instructions and local information will be provided after booking. The reserving party is responsible for informing all guests of restrictions and rules.
