I am renting my second master bedroom with its own private bathroom, and spacious walk in closet.… We are installing a separate entrance door, and this spare room is already furnished, but if you have your own furniture, I can remove the furniture that's currently in the room. We are in a cul de sac in a 5 bedroom home with 3.5 bathrooms. It is a 3,497 sqft spacious home. Lot size acres: 1.16 huge yard with tons of citrus trees. Beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood with a country feel to it. Lots of horse properties in our neighborhood. We have reverse osmosis filtered water for drinking, and a soft water system for showers and baths. We offer a shared kitchen space and laundry room use. We may convert another bedroom into a kitchenette to add onto the room we're renting if you're interested in paying more rent when it's finished and completed, But for now we are asking $840 a month with all utilities included. We are the home owners Me and my wife live here, but we both aren't home a lot, because we have busy lives. We are looking for someone that has no evictions, with good consistent employment. 50 years and older are welcome, as well as preferably a male roommate. A background check will be done as well.

We are the homeowners, so just me and my wife. We are busy professionals, and we are Christian so we don't drink or smoke. We prefer a roommate that also does not smoke. We just don't want any partying.
