Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and event fee has been paid; unapproved parties or events will result in a $1000 fine. This property is not pet-friendly; pets discovered at the property will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. This is a non-smoking home; smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. County-wide burn bans may be in effect, which could limit fire pit use. Water levels are subject to change, which may impact lake accessibility and appearance. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for checking water levels ahead of their stays.
