Lease terms

Lease terms will be accommodating to military, medical, or contract for hire professionals due to uncontrollable circumstances with assignments. Proper notice is requested for any changes need to lease term. Lease term will be at minimum 30-day increments. Owner will pay all utilities and advise renter if there are any overages due to excessive use. If renter would like to manage themselves this can be accommodated based on term of lease. Last month's rent is due at signing. Renter will be responsible for cleaning and the upkeep of the property during lease term. Inspections will take place with a 5-day notice to tenant; requirement to be onsite not applicable. This is absolutely NO smoking, of any kind, inside the property. This is not limited to but includes: traditional, e-cig, vapor, cigars, etc. inside the home in any area. There will be a $500 cleaning fee requested upon discovery and tenant will be subject to eviction. Small pets (up to 20 pounds) permitted with proper training; monthly fee required.
