About the place: It's located in the beautiful Belmont Heights neighborhood in Long Beach. Walking distance from bars, restaurants, gyms and the beach. It's a 3 bed / 2 bath unit (you'll be sharing a bathroom with one roommate), spacious top-floor unit in a quiet triplex, with in-unit laundry, shared garage space for storage, nice patio, and plenty of street parking. Rent & details: $1,090/month + utilities ($75 $85/month) Please note: rent may or may not increase sometime this year but it shouldn't be more than $50 per person. Security deposit: $1,003 and must provide proof of income to apply through property management.
