Centrally located on North Street and is a municipal electric building. Close to Washington Avenue shops, North St. Smokehouse, Price Choppers, and other shopping and dining options. Close to major routes and schools. Fully upgraded and spacious layout makes this the perfect apartment to call home. Lots of natural light coming through the many windows of this unit. Off Street parking in our parking lot located in the front of the building. Tenant is responsible for municipal electric which is for electricity and heat. Landlord is responsible for water, hot water, and garbage. Tenant responsible to clean porches and walkways around the unit and keep clear of debris, garbage, and snow. We have ample garbage canisters provided to the tenants and tenant is responsible for taking their garbage to the designated location on garbage days. We are doing 1 year leases. Security and 1st month rent required prior to move-in. If rent is paid in advance prior to the 1st of the following month, we will provide a $50 discount for that upcoming month. If rent is paid from the 2nd through the 5th of the month, the rent will be the full amount without the discount. If rent is paid after the 5th of the month, a late fee will be added to the monthly rent of $50. Keypad security front door lock provided to the tenants so you do not need a key to enter your apartment and you choose your own code. Storage cubby provided outside of your unit. Please complete an application through Zillow, but we conduct our own background checks and the price is $50 per person applying for the apartment. Price may be slightly flexible for an ideal candidate.
