Storage shed in back to use at renters risk Required-lawn/shrub/tree maintenance-option for $40 a week for professional services landlord provides or tenant maintains. If grounds cannot be maintained, $40 weekly service will be required. Required-Annual house deep clean-option for $200 annually for professional services landlord provides or tenant maintains. If house cannot be maintained, $200 annual service will be required. Renter is responsible for all utilities, and all the accounts will be in tenant's name No Smoking in home No pets No sub-leasing Deposit is due at lease signing with first month's rent There will be a move in and move out walk through with renter and representative from JBR enterprise Significant damage to property will cause deduction in the amount of deposit being returned to renter upon move out. 1 year lease, a minimum 30-day notice is required if renter plans to move out at the end of their lease. Option to extend lease, renew lease to another year or 3, 6, or month to month can be discussed at end of lease.
