Fantastic community!!… Our favorite parts were biking the Swamp Rabbit Trail with neighbors to Tandem for coffee and crepes, or the other direction on the trail to the Swamp Rabbit Cafe. Location is amazing! 7 minutes to downtown Travelers Rest, and 10-12 minutes to downtown Greenville. Nearby access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail and one mile from Furman University. This is a three-story townhome with 3 bedrooms on the top floor, as well as laundry and two full baths. Second floor features the kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bath. Off the kitchen is an 8'x10' deck! The lower floor is your entrance to the home, with coat closet, one car garage, and a finished bonus area behind the garage - perfect for an office, workout area, or den. All luxury vinyl plank flooring except for stairs and third floor. I am leaving the unit entirely furnished and I am paying all utilities. Looking for someone that is here on a 6 month or 1 year contract, or perhaps a renter that is building a home and doesn't want to move twice. Please reach out with any questions. Flat rate will be $2,500/month. Fully furnished/all utilities paid (including internet).
