This makes for good light and it does not feel like a basement. There is a separate walkway entrance. Washer and dryer, fully fenced back yard, patio, and a one car garage is shared by tenants upstairs and down. MUCH better than apartment living. Check out the square footage. May consider a pet. Please tell us more. There is off the street parking. All yard equipment is provided by the landlords. There is a sprinkler system for this yard. Landlords take care of a fall and spring clean up. However, weekly mowing and maintaining the yard and shoveling in the winter is required of the tenants. College and Drake Cross Street. Blocks from CSU Vet. hospital. Max transit center is blocks away and public transportation 1 block away. Plus, walk to Max Line Brewery! 1 year lease beginning in August. Excellent condition. $1,300.00 per month rent plus shares all utilities with the upstairs two tenants. There is a required security deposit of $1,300.00 upon signing of lease. When responding please tell me a little bit about yourself as well. Your job, are you a student, why you are moving, hobbies, interests, etc. This helps me too.
