Collection accounts must be resolved. Past-due accounts may require an additional security deposit or co-signer. - Applicants with recent convictions for crimes against persons or property may be rejected. Those on probation or parole must provide contact information for their supervising officer. Registration on public offender lists will result in denial. - Pets may be permitted with a good reference from the previous housing provider, complete veterinary records, and payment of additional deposits and pet rent. The owner reserves the right to deny based on size, species, or breed. - Rents must be able to pay rent electronically via direct bank transfer or Venmo etc. - Applicants will have 48 hours from the notification of the approval to sign a lease agreement. If you do not, then other applicants may be considered and allowed to sign a lease.
