This apartment is a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom (shower stall, no tub) on the first floor with a big living room, a big kitchen, a dining room, and a small deck at the entrance. The neighbors are clean, nice people but there are many dogs and kids living on the premises.
The current tenant will be moving out by May 11th at the latest and there will be no in-person walkthroughs before he leaves.
I have a YouTube video of the apartment's current condition before the current tenants moved in (will provide upon request) which is where many of the photos came from.
