Please be aware that this property is near NAS Whidbey and OLF Coupeville, an active Navy training area where Growler jets practice carrier landings overhead. The passes are low and loud, and while not daily, they usually occur on weekdays only. The Navy's schedule is unpredictable and can change without notice, making this location not ideal for guests or pets sensitive to loud noise. There is spotty cell service, so WiFi calling is recommended, and high-speed internet is available. This is a non-smoking property, and there is a $500 fine per violation for smoking/vaping inside or out, parties, digital piracy, or wearing shoes indoors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. For extended stays longer than 29 days, a double cleaning fee, tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit are required.
