While feeling completely secluded within Ebey's Landing National Historical Reserve on beautiful Whidbey Island, this property is just 5 minutes from historic waterfront shops and restaurants in Coupeville, and 15 minutes to city conveniences. The land carries five generations of local history.
Due to the proximity to NAS Whidbey and OLF Coupeville, an active Navy training area, guests may experience loud aircraft noise from Growler jets practicing carrier landings overhead. This is not ideal for guests or pets sensitive to loud noise. There is spotty cell service, but the fastest island Wi-Fi is available; enabling Wi-Fi calling/texting is recommended. This is a non-smoking/vaping property (inside or out), and there are no parties allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. A $500 fine applies per violation of these rules. Shoes are not permitted indoors. Pets are welcome but must be kept off all furniture, linens, beds, pillows, and towels, and guests must always clean up after them outdoors. Stays longer than 29 days require a double cleaning fee, tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit.
