Date available to lease August 15th. RENTAL IS AVAILABLE TO VIEW: August 5th thru August 14th from 9:00am TO 7:00pm, by appointment only, unless otherwise noted. Lessee (Renter), Lessor (Owner). The following terms are a summary of the lease for Applicants reference only. Actual lease will be provided (electronically) once application is approved and rental hold deposit received. Actual Lease is in part, but not limited to the following: Premises are leased unfurnished with the exception of window coverings; specific details will be listed within the lease. Lease is available for a six (6) month period. Upon completion of the six (6) month lease, the term of the lease can be extended by one of the following methods; month-to-month, six (6) month or a twelve (12) month period. All applicants must be screened using Zillow third party via Zillow website. Application fee per adult fee (18 or older) to be paid by applicant at time of application. Rental can be view without an application. To hold rental unit with an approved application, a $500 Rental Hold Deposit is required and to be deducted from the first months' rent. Rental Hold Deposit is non-refundable if/when applicant does not move forward with lease. Lease Monthly Rental fee is $1,700.00. Not negotiable. Lease Security Deposit is $1,700, does not include pet security deposit. Not negotiable. Services animals welcomed. Lease Pet Security Deposit equal to $200 per pet, with a two (2) pet limit. Not negotiable. Pets are classified as either dog, cat, bird, and/or fish held in a small fish aquarium. Lessee to put all utilities for rental in Lessee name and are to be paid and maintained by Lessee from start of lease date until move out date. Utilities are but not limited to; electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, cable, security system. The premises leased shall be occupied by the person or persons name on the rental lease (agreement). No additional occupants are allowed without the written consent of the Lessor. All pets must be listed along with picture and proof of vaccination(s). SimpliSafe Security System is provided. Lessee has the option to use "as is" or activate a monthly subscription. Lessee can choose to use their own security system at their cost to install and operate. If latter option is utilized, Lessor will remove SimpliSafe Security System from rental. Lessee to purchase Renters Insurance. Proof of insurance to be provided and kept active from the first day until the end of the lease. Must be provided prior to move in. Lessee acknowledges that smoking, vaping or incense is prohibited inside the house, including on the porch. Lessee is not permitted to assign this lease, or to rent or sublet or grant use or possession of all or any part of the premises to any other person(s). Lessor shall have the right to enter the premises for the purpose of inspection, maintenance, and improving the property at reasonable hours. The house is a drug free area. Violation will result in notification to the proper authorities and immediate eviction.
