Lease terms

This property is wrapping up installation of brand new flooring! As a result, the property will not be available until June 1, 2026. 12-month lease required. Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a 5-day grace period. Late fees apply after 6:00 PM EST on the 5th day. A security deposit is required. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, including electricity, water, and internet. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Approved pets require a non-refundable pet fee of $500 and monthly pet rent of $50. Due to prior property damage, additional conditions or deposits may apply to cover potential damage to flooring and interior finishes. Unauthorized pets are strictly prohibited. No smoking is permitted inside the home. Applicants are subject to background, credit, and income verification. Minimum requirements apply. Renter's insurance is required. An application must be submitted prior to scheduling a tour. Please ensure all qualification requirements are met before applying.
