It is on a paved road. I moved to Hawaii 31 years ago and have been renting this home ever since. I just cannot seem to part with this house. It has been an awesome home for many families, young professionals and graduate students who want country living close to town with the excellence of Chelsea schools and the closeness to the University. I found this to be the perfect house in which to raise my kids and found Chelsea to be a wonderful community in which to live! I invite you to give it a try! My property manager lives nearby and has taken care of the property for three decades! We have been blessed with wonderful tenants and are hoping to find just the right people to once again enjoy our home. Recent tenants have been three PhD students in Pharmacy. Prior to that, I had four young engineers who knew each other from graduate school at MSU. Just starting out, they decided to live together. It worked our beautifully. This home has been well taken care of. It has a relatively new stove, washing machine and dishwasher and a new efficient gas furnace a couple years ago. Many of our tenants have asked to buy this house. They say they have loved living here; that is feels like "home". They loved the Chelsea community and schools, as well as having close access to major highways while still having the country vibe.
