It's a really quiet and peaceful area. Parking is easy (21st & 23rd are close, but not too close). It's easy to walk or ride your bike! Hardwood floors! Lots and lots of natural light. Very comfortable and relaxing. The Info: It's a 2 bedroom apartment about 850 square feet (you can put a big bed in the bedroom, and the living room is a really good size too). It has a walk in closet that's awesome for bikes or just having somewhere for all that stuff! Lots of other closets too. We've got a parking lot (1 car per apartment) and it's easy to park around here. We pay for Water, sewage and garbage. So you pay for gas (heat) and electricity and cable/phone and so on. We have a super garden courtyard with persimmons, pines, magnolias and huge rhododendrons, perfect for barbecues, picnics and relaxing. We're close to lots of things: The Clearing Cafe and the Dragonfly Coffee House, Food Front Co-op Grocery (Great), Kenny & Zukes, the [removed] Barrel,Saint Honore Boulangerie, the Library, Chapman Elementary, Good Sam (Hospital), Bus lines, Streetcar, easy Freeway access.We're also close to Wallace Park (dog park, playground,tennis,basketball courts, great open lawn for summer days). If you're driving we're less than 10 minutes from OHSU and PSU on the far (South) side of downtown. We're in the Northwest corner of the neighborhood.We love pets! Cats are great and some dogs (Sorry, but no immature, dangerous, scary, or noisy dogs...) We would love to meet your dog! The apartments are really energy efficient too. The windows are double pane, and the attics are all insulated (and there's insulation under the building too). And we just finished a huge project to insulate all the outside walls and another to upgrade the electrical. Very Cozy. (Brand new roof too, but you probably don't care about that).
