This condo is located in the lovely town of Camas, Washington, adjacent to Vancouver, Washington, and it's an easy drive to Portland, Oregon and the… Portland airport (20 minutes). The views from our deck of the Columbia River and Mount Hood are breathtaking! The neighborhood is a mix of condos and single-family homes. It is only a five minute drive to Lacamas Lake and Round Lake and lovely hiking trails. The condo is fully furnished and was completely repainted inside in 2024. There are two full bedrooms and baths on the upper level (king beds in each), a spacious living room (with a large, smart TV), well stocked kitchen, dining room, and half bath on the main level, and a two car garage and a bonus room (with two twin beds, a small sofa and a TV) on the bottom level. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub and master closet is quite large and has built-in drawers. There is a deck off the master bedroom, in addition to the large deck off the living room. And there is a washer and dryer on the upper level. Utilities are included.
