Large unfurnished primary bedroom available in 3 bedroom apartment directly adjacent to Downtown Santa Cruz! Perfectly sized for 1-2 people (couples or friends welcome!). Location is great - close to bus to campus/over the hill and the restaurants and shops downtown. The room has abundant natural light, a massive walk-in closet, and a private bath with tub and 2 sinks. Unit is in a secure and well-maintained complex with street parking available, as well as a pool, hot tub, and gym on site. Within the apartment we have a washer/dryer, modern and updated appliances, a large fully stocked kitchen, and a balcony. The apartment is on the top floor (no noise from above!) and the complex has an elevator. Per HOA rules, no smoking is allowed on the property. We currently do not have any pets, although we would be potentially open to well-behaved cats. The current tenants (myself and one other) are female graduate and undergraduate students at UCSC in our early 20s, and our ideal roommate(s) is friendly, respectful, and tidy in shared spaces. Move in for a year lease starts at the beginning of July, and the first month can be prorated depending on move in day. Rent is $2000 per month and includes all utilities.

We are two female students (one graduate, one undergraduate) at UCSC both in our early 20s. We are looking for a friendly and responsible roommate (or two) who are respectful of shared spaces and interested in creating a comfortable co-living community.
