Located one block away from the bay in the historic District of Port Norfolk.… This beautiful building was built in 1936 by a structural engineer and is in fantastic condition.
About the apartment:
Our team has worked tirelessly over the past three months and has performed a total remodel. Our team did not cut any corners like most do. This is a second floor unit with nearly 360 views.
This apartment is outfitted with keyless entry for your convenience. As you walk in the front door, the first thing you will notice are the original 1936 hardwood floors that have been completely refinished and stop you in your tracks!
Every wall has been refinished and painted along with the trim work and an elegant touch of crown molding in all four major rooms. We spared no expense in the total remodel of the kitchen. All cabinetry is hardwood and custom made. All appliances are brand new right out of the box.
An additional feature that we are providing is venting the oven exhaust fan outside of the unit to reduce smoke buildup. There is ample storage in this beautiful kitchen. We applied a rare cobalt blue backsplash with white grout that turned out absolutely gorgeous. We hung heavy duty wire racks in the washer and dryer room for a little added storage.
The bathroom has the original 1930s floor and tile work that we decided to leave to add some character to maintain some historical significance. A custom vanity was installed specifically for this bathroom along with a brand new shower package. The fun LED light above the vanity can change brightness with different settings located on the unit. The linen closet in the bathroom provides a ton of additional storage.
Both bedrooms, the living room, and dining room are larger than most standard spaces.
This unit has a balcony that is private to this apartment.
Trash is private pick up and requires the tenant to take it around to the back of the building. No need to worry about taking cans out to the street every week!
