The living room is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the company of friends and family while watching a good movie or a show, with a sofa bed and chair, a 4K 55" HDR Smart TV, and a coffee table. Bedroom 1 includes a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. Bedroom 2 includes two double-size beds with pillows, linens, and sheets, and reading lamps. The inviting full bathrooms are completely private and separated from the main room, each stocked with all essential toiletries, towels, hand towels, washcloths, a bath with a shower, a wash basin, and a mirror. The apartment comes with 1 parking spot. Details will be given in check-in instructions, and guests must print out a parking pass. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee of $20 per night per pet. A maximum of 2 cats or dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Guests may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. Lost or unreturned keys will incur an $80 fee for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Guests must be 23 years of age or older. Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name matching their ID, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement. Noise monitors are installed in the units and measure noise levels in decibels; tampering with them will result in a fee.
