The living area features a comfortable sofa bed and accent chair, and a 55" 4K HDR Smart TV. Bedroom 1 offers a queen-size bed, a 43" 4K HDR Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. Bedroom 2 features two full-size beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo, vanity with sink and mirror, towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
Enjoy simple self check-in and a reserved parking spot. For units that permit pets, an additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $20/night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum, and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are breed restrictions: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid.

Getting around is simple from this central downtown location, with plenty of convenient options right nearby, including light rail, bike lanes, rideshare services, and major highway access.
For added comfort and security, the unit is equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures sound levels only. Tampering with this device may result in a fee. Security cameras are located in common areas such as hallways. Guests must be 23 years of age or older. Local bookings are not accepted. Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a background check. Guests will be required to sign a rental usage agreement. A $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold is required.
