Income will be verified through employer. LEASE TERMS Monthly Rent: $1,950 Lease term is 12 months. Routine property inspections are conducted at approximately 3, 6, and 9 months. Continued tenancy is contingent upon compliance with lease terms and maintaining the property in satisfactory condition. Security Deposit: One month's rent. Renter's insurance required before move-in. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, routine lawn mowing, and basic exterior upkeep.If lawn/outside is not maintained properly by tenant, additional charges will apply to cover lawn/outside maintenance. A washer and dryer will be included. No smoking permitted anywhere on the premises, including inside the home, porches, yard, driveway, or surrounding property.
