APPLICATION Must submit application for consideration. Application must be on file for consideration to view/tour home. All individuals living in the home over age 18 must complete the application and background check. Non-refundable application fee. Income will be verified through employer. LEASE TERMS Monthly Rent: $1,950 Lease term is 12 months. Routine property inspections are conducted at approximately 3, 6, and 9 months. Continued tenancy is contingent upon compliance with lease terms and maintaining the property in satisfactory condition. Security Deposit: One month's rent. Renter's insurance required before move-in. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, routine lawn mowing, and basic exterior upkeep.If lawn/outside is not maintained properly by tenant, additional charges will apply to cover lawn/outside maintenance.
