Potential to move in earlier if requested. - First month ($3,200) last month ($3,200), and a security deposit ($1,600) is required. -Renter pays all utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, garbage, internet) - At the end of the lease home will need to be professionally cleaned along with the carpets. The renter can choose to pay and provide receipts, or request professional cleaning, and carpets are paid for out of the security deposit.
