VINYL FLOORING (there's a pic) WILL BE DONE END OF JULY. i have a room in Phoenix, seven minutes from GCU, 15-18 minutes away from asu downtown phx campus, 15 minutes from downtown phx and sky harbor airport, with easy access to the light rail just down the street. I'm looking for a clean and responsible roommate. what's included in the rent? utilities are included and cover gas, electricity, water, and optional Wifi. Shared household items (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc.) can be split three ways if interested. ps i do have 3 cats. if you have storage, please rent out a storage unit. i do not like/ want clutter on my property, as i also don't have that much storage space on the property. i can try to work with most people's budget. but this is my pricing.

Laundry room, just please be sure to give us a heads up about when you'll be washing. NO PETS ALLOWED (i have 3 cats, 2 are fosters)
i'm 27 years old and typically keep to myself most of the time. i'm somewhat a homebody. but i love hiking, reading, thrifting, coffee, traveling, and going to concerts. i would prefer if the person who moves in is clean, as i like to have a clean home. im not ocd clean. but i try to keep the house clean due to my cats. someone is currently renting one of the rooms and she is a mother with a 12 year old son and on the spectrum. i would prefer someone who can be respectful and doesn't mind kids. this is a women only household, single moms are welcome! smoking is allowed outside ONLY!
Shared parking, carport and on the street in front of the house. Please be courteous to not block one another, especially in the mornings for work.
