Two fully furnished rooms available, specifically designed to accommodate young adult females (preferably traveling professionals or student workers). Flexible, adaptable mid-term housing can be provided on a month-to-month basis, for 6 months, or for 1 year. I require only a standard 30-day written notice from either party to terminate or modify the agreement. Rent is set at a flat rate of $700 per month, due on the first of each month with a 5-day grace period. It entirely covers all essential living expenses. This means high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, and water/trash collection are fully bundled into your monthly payment with zero hidden fees. To secure the space and protect the included furniture- which features a bed, dresser, and nightstand- a refundable security deposit is required upon signing, of $700 with a non-refundable move-out cleaning and consumable replacements fee of $150. To maintain a peaceful environment, the home enforces a strict no-smoking policy anywhere on the premises. Please note that while the home is strictly pet-free for tenants, the property is shared with a very calm, sweet Pitbull who must be the only animal on the premises.
