There is plenty of natural light in all the rooms and all over the house and it is overall a big space inside as well as outside. The first level (lowest) is a large common area that consists of two living/tv rooms , a large breakfast room, a large kitchen and a toilet. There is plenty of space on this floor where you can relax and enjoy your evenings. If you are interested in moving in earlier than August 14th, please let me know - that might be possible The room is on the top most level. It is a large space with its own private full bath and an additional loft area that could be converted into a tv room. It is like having your own separate apartment. Price for this room is $1650 / month plus utilities, wifi and a minimum lawn maintenance fee for only during spring/summer or as long as the grass needs trimming. The utilities and wi-fi will be divided amongst all the tenants in the house. Amenities: There is a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor, and a dishwasher in the unit, with all being relatively new and modern. There is plenty of street parking nearby. as well as ample parking on the property. Full kitchen privileges with fridge/cabinet space too. There is a lot of backyard space to have barbecues and play sports. There is a ton of space inside the house, it's spacious and not stuffy, you will have a lot of space where you can hang out on your own if you want to. The property is well kept and is peaceful. The property was renovated late last year - new laminate flooring on the lower level and new carpet throughout the rooms and common areas upstairs. New porch, blinds, locks, light fixtures, paint from top to bottom, and many more Location In the heart of Ballston - zip code is 22207, in a safe neighborhood, two metros (Ballston and Virginia square) within a 25 min walk, metro bus stop is a five min walk, grocery within a 20 min walk, loads of restaurants and stores near by, 66 and 395 within 5-10 mins. Centrally located to get to DC/Tysons/Alexandria. Roommates: Because it is a shared space amongst roommates that don't know each other, tenants would be required to respect each other, communicate, be conscious of living in a shared space, and work together to keep a clean home and yard. If you are messy this will not work for you. Terms: Significant others are allowed to come over and stay only if the other roommates are comfortable and they are only allowed to stay 1-2 days per week. This is a drug free home, no loud parties, no smoking, no vaping, no pets. Must pass a criminal and credit check ($50 paid by the prospective renter).
