This property is a charming upstairs condo with an external staircase leading to the entrance. Conveniently located outside is a ski rack for easy access during winter months. Upon entering, you'll find an open-concept layout featuring a well-appointed kitchen, a cozy living room, and a functional mud area. The space flows seamlessly to an outdoor deck, perfect for relaxation. This level also includes a laundry area with a washer and dryer, a spacious main bedroom with a queen-sized bed and two closets, and a bathroom featuring dual sinks, a shower, and a duvet. Upstairs, you'll discover a second living area with a pull-out couch, ideal for additional guests, along with a standing desk that offers beautiful outdoor views. Transportation to and from Park City Resorts: Walking (to Canyons Resort): To get to the Canyons Village ski resort base, walk right out of the parking lot to Canyons Resort Drive, turn right and walk until you hit the bottom of the cabriolet, right past the round about. Take the cabriolet up to the village (total time about 15 minutes). Or walk up the hill to the village, which takes about 20-25 minutes. High Valley Transit (Public Transportation): The bus stop is right outside the parking lot on Red Pine road. You can't miss it. To see the schedule, download the park city transit app or visit the schedule online. Also download the app High Valley Transit for free rides around Park City (limited availability). The bus can take you directly to the base of the Park City ski side of the ski resort. It also can take you directly to Main Street and Kimball Junction.
